Delivery and returns

Delivery

Your products are packaged and shipped the day of your order. In periods of high activity, order preparation can take up to 48/72h. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your package is sent and will receive the tracking number of your order to be kept informed of the correct routing of your package.

Free delivery to France from 150€ (excluding Express delivery)

National delivery

Home delivery via Colissimo without signature en 72h : 6,90€ TTC, available from 150€ purchase.

Delivery via DHL Express en 48h (Metropolitan France excluding Corsica, working days only) : 25€Delivery is made against signature. You will receive an email from DHL if you wish to change the delivery day or if you prefer to have it dropped off at a relay point.  in Paris and Ile-de-France and between 8am and 8pm/strong> in the rest of the country.

International delivery

Home delivery in 2 working days via DHL Express : between 20 and 38€See conditions.

POSSIBLE RETURNS IN 14 DAYS

You have received your items but the size or cut does not suit you? Don't worry, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the products concerned.

Returns

You have the possibility to return any product ordered within 14 days from the date of receipt. There are two return modes: by a carrier and in store.

RECOVERY PROCEDURE

Returns are at your responsibility from France and abroad.

Returns are at the Client's risks and expenses. Products must be returned in its original packaging and condition, unworn, unwashed, accompanied by the delivery note received in the order.

If the client does not comply with these conditions, in particular the return conditions, Howard's may not refund or issue a credit note for the Products concerned.

DELAYS

As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a e-mail confirmation.

Your credit note or refund will be made within 15 days after receipt of your items and automatically to the account associated with the credit card used for payment or to the Paypal account used for payment. In the case of payment by bank transfer, we will contact you to define the method of refund.

LOGISTIC PARTNER

All orders are prepared and shipped to Paris by our logistics partner WING (https://www.wing.eu/fr), specialist in e-commerce textile logistics.

Come to our shop at 45 rue d'Amsterdam, 75008 Paris.

Send us your product and specify if it is an exchange request or refund request.

Based on the price in effect in the selected shop, you have the possibility to choose another available product or to benefit from a credit note.
