Your package is prepared the day you order and shipped the next day at the latest. In busy periods, the preparation of the order may take up to 72 hours.
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number of your order to be informed of the good routing of your package.
Home delivery via Colissimo without signature in 72h: 6,90€ TTC, offered from 99€ of purchase.
Delivery in relay point via Mondial Relay in 72/96h: 3,90€ TTC, offered from 99€ of purchase.
Home delivery via DHL Express in 24/48h (Metropolitan France excluding Corsica, working days only): 25€ TTC. The delivery is made against signature. You will receive an e-mail from DHL if you wish to change the delivery day or if you prefer to have it dropped off at a relay point. Delivery will be made between 8am and 10pm in Paris and Ile-de-France and between 8am and 8pm in the rest of the country.
You have received your items but the size or cut does not suit you? Don't worry, you can return any product you order within 14 days from the date of receipt.
We offer two ways to return: remotely and in store.
The return is at the risk and expense of the Customer.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, unworn, unwashed, accompanied by the delivery note received with the order.

In the absence of respect by the Customer of the present conditions, in particular the conditions of return, Howard's will not be able to proceed to the refunding or to the edition of a credit note for the concerned Products.
As soon as we receive your return, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
Your credit note or refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of your items and automatically on the account associated with the credit card used for payment or on the Paypal account used for payment. In the case of a payment by bank transfer, we will contact you to define the method of refund.
