Follow-up of your order

Log in to your customer account on our website to have the possibility to check the status of your order.

Go to the "History and details of my orders" tab to access the status of your order.

Delivery to the indicated address :

Preparation in progress: the order has been taken into account and validated. It is currently being prepared by our team.
In delivery: the order is ready. It has left our shop and is now in the hands of our carriers.

To track your package, click on the corresponding order reference.

Once completed, a Colissimo tracking web link will appear in the middle of the page, lower down. This will allow you to access the status of your order.

NB : This same tracking number was also provided to you in the shipping confirmation email.

Delivery of your items will be made to the address indicated when you order online.

Your items will be delivered to you as soon as the payment for your order has been registered and this, within a time limit of 3 working days for deliveries " standard" and 2 working days for deliveries" express".

Pick up at the shop :

Order available in your store: order is ready to be picked up in our store at 45 rue d'Amsterdam, 75008 Paris. A third party can come to collect your order under the condition of presentation of your invoice or delivery note.

NB: We can keep your order at the shop for 5 months after ordering. Any refund nor exchange will then be granted.
